Sim card cancelation contract

I have been trying to cancel my Sim card that is on a contract but I have not been given the right chanel to do that. As it is no longer done at the branch. When I go to any branch they said I must call 135 and choose option 4 but that number does not have an option for cancelation. Kindly assist urgently as I no longer use the Sim card and I lost it too
