Sim card and courtesy phone
I went to MTN stores (White house, Sanlam plaza and mimosa mall) they all told me that they don't have a courtesy phone for me. I even asked for a sim swap they don't told me they don't have a sim card for me. I mean am a loyal customer I paid my bills on time for the past 45 months and I get a treatment like this? worse a consultant at white house told me that mimosa store has five sim-card in store when I arrived at mimosa a lady told me that they don't have any stock in place..... I so hate MTN am not going to upgrade my contract with them when it comes to an end in 3 months their service is so bad.

Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to sincerely apologise that you received such poor service .
When a handset has been booked in for repairs or assessment you may request the use of a loan phone. However, depending on availability, one will be issued to you. Please note that not all stores have the option to assist with a loan unit.
We value your feedback and assure you that this incident will be brought to the attention of the store managers. We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
Regards,
Bronwyn
