Sim card activition month to month Ruby 15gb contract

Last week I app**** for an online contract SIM card month to month which is 15gb from MTN. Got the SIM card delivered to me on the 20 May 2024 from DSV couriers and called MTN for activation which I need to wait for 24 hours to 72 hours without success. Called MTN again for activation which I have told that I need to call a 3rd party company which is mobile plus as they are ones that deal with my application and also responsible for SIM card activation. Called mobile plus and I have been told that the ticket is still on open ticket and has not been closed. It has been almost a week since my SIM card has not been activated. Very disappointed and received poor service and it is always excuses that it is a system issue. Asked them if they can cancel the order and received a response that it cannot cancel as the specific person dealt with me can do that. Should of thought twice before applying online.
