SIM card activation

Good day

I was offered a price plan decrease for my contract and during the conversation I was offered an LTE sim card to be couriered to me and I asked the gentlemen that I was talking to if the process of activating the card will be easy and he said all the instructions will be included but there is nothing only the sim card. I would like someone to assist me with the activation process
