Wanted to block sim card on contract today,and 1st consultant said no problem,due to the fact that contract's <br> in my husband's name he needs to phone and have it done,but he must just tell consultant that he's giving me<br> permission so I can act on his behalf.<br> <br> He phoned(he's working abroad)the stupid consultant said NO this can't be done!!!<br> NOW,WE HAVE TO PAY FOR A CONTRACT THAT WE CAN'T USE,BECAUSE ONE IDIOT SAID NO.<br> The sim card is now blocked(phone got lost) and yet we still have to pay every month till he(my husband)<br> can get to a MTN store and do a sim swap.DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND HE'S WORKING ABROAD AND THEREFOR HE\S NOT IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!!!!<br> I even asked consultant if MTN can send us forms for power of attorney on account

Kindly be advised that when I check on the system it does not show that your husband has given you the access to his account , kindly ask him to call and tell the Agent that he is giving you access to his account and you can unlock the line and make a SIM SWAP. Without his authority you will not be able to do anything on his account.
