Silver Lining

I recently had an issue with my new MTN contract (***). Jury is still out on how it is resolved. But we tend to use social media and platforms like hello peter to complain never to praise. Today in the process of trying to resolve my issue I was assisted by two ladies from the activation department, Nompumilelo and Beauty. They gave me awesome service, helped me, tried to calm a very frustrated client. They were great, the silver lining to the dark cloud. Thank you Nompumilelo and Beauty.
