Signed up for home lte wifi ,shop asssitant couldnt get it working inside thr mtn shop ,after 3 days i cancelled the purchase. I am waiting almost a month to date for my refund . And then MTN still made 2x deductions on my debit order of R2500 and R2111.00 There is no back up service regarding contract cancelations or refunds . All the operators and store people just say that thr issue has been escelated . Bad service from MTN trying to get your money back for a service they cant provide . And no service for trying to cancel a npn working contract product . They are quick to take your money , but no refunds as of yet . And then the issue where they still debit money for a canceld contract . Please feel free to contact me any time MTN ,as i am fed up using my airtime and fuel and time to try and sort out your mess . Zero rating from me .
