Signed contract but cant get the phone..

I paid my outstanding balance. Im upgrading. Ive signed my contract already. But i cant get the phone. Mtn who is gonna waste another tank pf petrol coming here when you decide you want to give me a phone. Ive been instore for over an hour and nothing .what do i do?.cancel my upgrade n go elsewhere?
