Signed a contract and never received the service

I submitted 3 months pay slips, 3 months bank statements and signed a contract for R 79 per month for two years on the 27 June 2015. I received an SMS on the 28 June 2015 to say the it had been submitted for vetting. I visited the shop about one and a half weeks later and was told by the attendant that it had been declined because all the documents had not been submitted for the vetting process. He acknowledged that I was not at fault and the the lady that helped me was. He left an urgent message for her to contact me. She did not. I tried to phone her and the phone was put down in my ear on two occasions. A few days later I manged to get hold of her and she said the it would take about two hours to arrange and then she would phone me. More that a week has gone past and she has not contacted me. It is almost a month since I did the application and I still don't have a contract in place. This is a process that normally takes 48 Hours. I also lodged a complaint on the MTN complaint web site on the 07 July 2015 and never received feedback.The reference number is MTN REQ:***.
