Signal Issues. Never attended to my first request

Today I had to one again submit a coverage issue to MTN since my last one was acknowledged but never attended to. The signal at my premises is little to non existent, although on the coverage map shows we have coverage for all of their services. Not to even talk about the reception when there is loadshedding. As soon as the power goes off, the signal is gone too. In town, 4kms away even with a power outage we normally have signal. Seems as this tower has no batteries. My contract finishes in April and if this query is not resolved I will move and take my 3 other numbers with me. Vodacom has signal throughout loadshedding.
