Signal issue / customer useless

Useless... can't call customer care cause there is no service. Email them to complain and told they refreshed the line. The line is not a problem. There is no signal in the area. I rely on my phone for business. Sp without signal etc I can't work, meaning I'm loosing business. Had to go buy another phone to divert my calls to so not it's costing me triple my monthly account. Pathetic cause no one can give us a straight answer... when the problem will be resolved.
