SIGNAL FOR MOBILE DATA DISAPPEARED

On 23. May 2015 I sent an eMail (I wanted everything on paper) to MTN Customer Care about the mobile data signal (H) that was non-operational - the only signal I received was E (EDGE, which is useless for mobile data and this is still what I'm receiving more than a week later). This eMail note was read by a human and I even received a ticket #***6 (by machine). On the evening of 27. May 2015, the situation was still the same and I enquired about (any) progress on the open ticket. This eMail note was also read. Up to this evening I still haven't received any feedback from MTN whatsoever. Nothing, nada, ziltsch, niks. So MTN read and hear, but couldn't care less. I know there is/was a strike going on, but I cannot believe that there is no technician or anybody else in the whole of Pretoria who is able to attend to this? I did \reboot"my phone a couple of times"
