Signal dropouts

I have (had) a MTN cellphone contract and a MTN LTE contract. Both have the same issue: the signal at my home drops away every few minutes. This leads to dropped calls, and I have to reboot my LTE router. The people on the helpline are really not interested to help, and does not believe me.
