Sign a new contract, Same month fees go up.
I am truly upset with MTN South Africa, I have just last month (April 2015) upgraded my contract and signed to be debited at R350 a month. About a week after this i receive an sms stating the contract fees have gone.

I do not understand this, as i signed a new contract in April, if they knew they would be changing the pricing structure in April why not include it in Aprils Brochure (Which is where i selected my contract from). As far as i am concerned this is false advertising as, they knew the fees would go up and instead of informing us upfront in the new brochure they wait until we have signed the contract to inform us.

I will not be renewing this contract and all MTN Contracts will be halted when they come to an end, unless i can get a logical explanation as to why, i have basically been **** too.
