Sigh.......

Maybe this will help. I am trying to upgrade on my cellphone contract. After I was blocked by being outstanding with a measly R554, I paid this amount directly to MTN. The proof of payment was sent via email by the local MTN store to the legal department (ref nr ********** 4) on 11 October 2016. Apparently they need to respond within 24 to 48 hours. it has now been FOUR days. After numerous phone calls to Customer Service and visits to the local MTN shop, nothing has been done so far. i can still not upgrade, and apparently nobody can contact the legal department, only via email. So the legal department have now received numerous emails about this matter and still no response. I think the legal department is a myth and does not exist......
