I purchased 1.5GB of data on the 1st of April and it was never loaded I tweeted MTN and MTN Service I got no responses. I called the Call Centre I got no joy. I DM’d them and I finally revived a response the following day. The person that was assisting just did the bare minimum and referred me to my bank he didn’t check and ignored my screenshots after giving me such a grade 2 answer. This is such horrible service I cannot even get angry be ur even when cancelling contracts you get the same **** service. Please just load my data
