Sick of zero service from MTN Insurance

My problems date back to August 2015 when I upgraded my handset and asked for insurance which was never activated and I was never informed or even notified of the wrongly completed forms by an MTN agent. Fast forward two months later when my screen is shattered and I have to claim. Long story short, it took a whole day of calling MTN insurance to get through, only to fight for repairs to be done on my phone but thankfully they finally agreed to repair my phone. It then took 3 whole days of multiple unanswered calls to MTN insurance and a store visit to locate my phone which was fetched by a courier company 3 days prior ( insert rude MTN agent here who acted like he was doing me a favour by servicing me). I was then told my phone is at the repair shop and that they will arrange for a loan phone for me along with an adapter for my LTE Sim. 3 days later, I receive the loan phone without the adapter and again I am trying to call MTN. Today is Monday, I received the loan phone last Tuesday still cannot use it and still cannot get hold of MTN insurance to find out how far the repairs on my phone are and how to get an adapter. No 808 agent can transfer me to insurance by the way. So sick!
