SICK AND TIRED WITH MTN INSURANCE

I have a contract with MTN for more than +-20 years and am using their insurance for my device. I have never lodged a claim for the past 10 years.

My device accidentally cracked beginning of January , i lodged a claim with the insurance , i was given a ticket number #791380 , i was told to pay the access amount of R150 , which i did on the 24th of January .Every time i call to follow up, i will be told to hold for more than 10 minutes . When i send an email i am told that the courier company will contact me for collection.

I am now sick and tired of waiting for them to come and pick up my device for screen repair. One of my friends told me that she has been waiting for her device for about 3 weeks.

I do not think i will renew my contract with MTN .
