Sick and tired with incompetency and lack of service

Absolutely ***********. So tired and frustrated with the battles to get service and competency. Been battling since Dec 2021 to cancel a contract that has lapsed. Then they say to pay outstanding money. That has been paid twice, in the past week we paid it again because they have not cancel the contract. Now, none of the numbers work, they have switched off all the numbers. What the Hell! My mom is in hospital and no phone. How the hell is she suppose to sort out this ridiculously incompetency from a hospital bed, without a phone, with this added stress.
