Sick and Tired of Pinnacle Marketing Insurance

<p>I have cancelled my insurance with this company that handles MTN insaurance in February. I have a refund that is due to me. This insurance company has been giving me run arrounds to refund me, as it is they still included the insurance on my invoice March & April when I have cancelled the inusrance with them. I have been requesting, sending emails, calling them to get this querry resolved but none of their consultants is getting this sorted. When I call MTN customer care it shows that the insurance is not cancelled yet but Pinnacle Marketing claims they have cancelled it. My line was cut off due to outstanding amount, I made it clear to them that i will only pay for the agreed subcription for March, I won`t pay for insurance that I have cancelled. I`m now getting messages from MTN reminding me to pay the outstanding amount which it appears to be for the insurance that i have ecancelled. I had to stop my work and email invoices that shows that I am being charged for insurance because of bunch of incompentent people. I called last week and they were supposed to return my call they never did that`s how useless they are. They do not care about their customers. It`s been two weeks now I have been waiting for my refund and for the invoice to amended nothing has been done no communication from them with actual conclusion. Pinnacle Marketing please refund me my money I do not have any business with you anymore and you left a bitter taste in my mouth with your incompetency that I will never in future consider using your insurance.</p>
