Sick and tired of MTN

I have a month to month router and wifi with MTN. Every second month it gets switched off for some reason, weather I make payment early or late and then they tell me they can't assist me, I need to wait for the beginning of the new month. I am absolutely sick and tired of MTN and it's bull****. I make immediate direct payments in their bank account so I don't see what the ****ing issue is. I won't a manager or team leader to contact me and sort this out because the *********** agents that work for them are absolutely stupid and of no help.
