SICK AND TIRED OF MTN

I sent a message for mtn on hello Peter on the 22 June 2021, they diddnt bother to respond, fine I paid the R600 due so that I cancel my contract since it's now gna be put 9n month to month. I dnt want that, so the whole day today the 9th July 2021 I have been calling since the morning but everytime they put me through to the cancelation department the call get cut. On Monday the 12th they will put data for me of which I told them I do not want it, I refuse to put R1400 for data that I stated clearly that I do not want anymore, I sent a email earlier requesting a bank account number I recieved a prompt response, but now I am sending proof of payment I get no response mtn is a ***** the fact that they want to give u data by force on a month to month when your contract is over they making money out of us... I refuse to pay for that data should they dare put it in
