SICK AND TIRED OF MTN!
I bought me R12 airtime and sent just one message, after that I checked my balance and it was R0.00. Note, it was not the first time that this has happened. I tried getting hold of them as there was no answer, I sent them an email 72 hours ago as there was no response. I am totally fed up with MTN and have been a customer of theirs for almost the whole of my life. I switched off my background data and do not have any monthly subscriptions so I do not understand where my airtime is disappearing to, all the time.

However, my background data is restricted and all apps are linked to wifi so should anything be updated it is only my wifi that can update it. So I am lost to where my data has gone?
