<p>After receiving some bad service from Ibrahim and his other colleague I had just lost hope of getting assistance from Monitor up until my call got through to Sibusile Zwane. He was so patient and even got one of my claims finalised right there on the call. Monitor needs more agents like him, totally made my day</p>
