SHUT MTN DOWN!!!!!!

We have a contract with Mtn, been having problems for about 8-12months now and Mtn can never help they permantly on strike or just don't give a rats *** about their clients!!!! I have email Shane Williams on 1september and today 23 September still no response. We can only use phone for about week, then the data cuts, or the min cut or the whole dam phone cuts. If I go to Facebook page I see I am not the only one fighting these matters!!!!! I am not gatvol of Mtn and their $@$& service!!!!! They obviously don't need the business so I want this contract cancelled with immediate effect now or I will take legal action. How can millions of your customers all have their data just disappear that's bull!!!!! And this **** they sent out saying it's smart phone is bull$&@$ I have vodacom and cellc SIM card in a iPhone and I don't even go through 200mb a week, Facebook interneting etc, doing my online varsity etc. so that's a **** story!!!!!! They trying to cover up there stories. I want answers and fast! And they better terminate this contract fast!!!
