Well done to Nonzamo Zwane at your call center for her excellent service this morning. She very quickly and effortlessly answered my questions and resolved my query without me having to repeat myself over and over again. Such a pleasure dealing with people like her who is so efficient and polite and such a pleasure to deal with. No getting off the phone huffing and puffing and frustrated. Usually dealing with call center personnel is a frustrating ordeal. SO WELL DONE !!!!
