Should I not pay for you attention ??

Coming from Vodacom, friends and family told me do not go with MTN, now i see the reasons:

I've been trying to get hold of MTN cancellations for weeks now . First it was the excuse I can’t get through because it’s month end ? Then the excuse because it’s month start . I merely want to know the cost to cancel my contract as I’m going overseas . And want to know how much I must put aside to cancel before I leave ? Is there nobody that can do this calculation for me ? The service is SHOCKING ! Still waiting days for Nadine the manager to call me ? Managers are always on phone calls with other clients ? Come on man. Must I not pay the contract to get MTN to hound me to pay and then I can get someone to assist me in cancelling ? Please GET HOLD OF ME i want this issue sorted. I would not recommend MTN to anyone !
