Shortchanged by MTN
I upgraded 2 phones and got a new phone, i took all 3 Huawei P20 Lite as i know from the internet that it is a dual sim phone (even the included book says so), but was informed that its not later. Later up[on more research i read on the internet that most cellula companies block it or lock it. Shouldn't this be against what the CPA stand for?

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Please note MTN does not offer dual sim handsets. MTN subsidises some 4G devices on our contract packages, and invests heavily on the network in order for our customers to enjoy the benefits of our 4G network. Hence we have decided not to offer the functionality.
