Shoddy Service from MTN
My MTN contract is up for renewal and I had to sort things out for my exes phone and MTN did not reply back to emails. My MTN contract is also up for renewal and to retain me as a customer the retentions department gave me two months credit for my next contract to keep on a customer. The retentions department eventually came back to me to call their direct sales department. Now when I want to take up a contract the sales department at MTN can not activate the credit and the retentions department have not called me back to activate this credit.<br> Why must I the client have to follow up on their internal issues so that I can upgrade. I am really considering moving to Vodacom where if you have a problem that can not be resolved you can drive up to Vodaworld and get the problem resolved and I was with Vodacom where I never had a problem with this type of service. I have never had such shoddy service in my life and I also work in a call center so I know what customer service is all about. I would appreciate a manager from MTN to pick up the phone and get the order sorted before the end of the month or they can kiss their customer goodbye.
