Shoddy Service

<p>Went into the main MTN store at Northgate mall to apply for a data contract. All documents submitted and information captured on the 13th July 2016. Received an sms from MTN the very same day confirming the contract was approved and that i must wait for a call from the store. Waited for 11 days and no call from the store. I tried calling the store on ********** but the line was constantly engaged. Eventually went directly to the store only to find out that there was a delay in the stock delivery process. Why couldn't MTN call me and avise me thereof? Whay did I have to go to the store only to be told this? Very shoddy service from MTN Northgate. I would think twice before using this branch of MTN! </p>
