Shoddy customer service response ☹️

I went online and requested a call back as I needed to buy a new contract phone. End of January 2020. I'm pleased to announce that MTN finally got back to me. Yesterday 27th May 2020.

I'm stunned. Should have pretended not to have found my request frankly. I still don't have a phone have been served at Telekom and will be getting my phone andovingy business.
