SHODDY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND FAILED SLAs

7 BUSINESS DAYS AND NO ACTION

After losing my MTN Contracted and Insured phone. Claim submitted on the 4th of July; It has been 7 BUSINESS DAYS since my claim was submitted and there still has not been any progress of my claim. MTN Insurance stands by its 5 DAY Turnaround. This has proven as an attainable reach and only a marketing ploy. One would think that having your Service Provider as your insurer would ensure better and improved service that is UNFORTUNATELY NOT TRUE.

I am still sans my phone and assistance from MTN Insurance. Based on this, i would not recommend anyone who believes in a quality service to use MTN Insurance

I am utterly disappointed.

Regards,

SM
