Shockingly poor service!

Pathetic, pathetic even more pathetic. If MTN does not want to be in business any longer or they've lost their trade integrity, then it's better for them to rather close shop because their service is shockingly appalling to say the least.

I got disrespected by some girl named Kelebogile from the East gate branch yesterday. She was unprofessional, rude and dismissive without taking a second to understand my query. MTN needs to open clearer lines to it's customers for them to be able to report such and be assured that such filth is actually dealt with. Sies!
