Shockingly poor service.

Disgusting Service. My mother passed April 2023. May the 5th I requested the closure of her account. Received a ref. no. Nothing has been done and the account is not closed. In addition there is R21,000-00 of ***** on this deceased account. I hear and read that there is no support from MTN and have experienced myself people putting the phone down - if you can get through. #MTNdoesnotcare.
