SHOCKINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ROUND

I have been an MTN client for over 5 years, I have never had any issues with their products/network - in fact I prefer MTN over any other network provider. HOWEVER.... since their billing system has been upgraded a month or two ago, I have endless problems with their CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot believe the *********** level of customer service I have received over the last month. I even went into the store at The Glen hoping to recieve better service, but believe it or not every second word that came out the agents mouth was CANT!!! I am shocked, frustrated and quite disappointed, MTN has now lost me as a client.
