Shockingly bad service.

I really have issues with mtn in the sense that the people working at their call centres are ***********. I have cancelled my mtn contract and they keep on suspending the line. They kept on billing me after the cancellation. I even have an cancellation ref. no.. I was on the phone for more than an hour and no one helping me from their retention department or either the calls drop after a few minutes. The service from mtn is shocking. This is not my first bad experience with mtn. I won't recommend mtn to any one.
