Shocking - unsuccessful un-blacklisting
My iPhone was ****** on the 27.02.15. Via the call center I blacklisted my phone on the day. When my phone was recovered on the 02.03.15, I submitted the necessary paperwork as requested. Since 02.03 I have submitted the paperwork again 3 times and have been in contact with 9 MTN employees and yet my phone and my SIM still do not give me service and no one is confirming why. A Vodacom SIM works in my phone and my SIM works in another phone? I have been told that I will be contacted 3 times and no one has called me to give me an explanation. When I follow up I am told that the matter has been referred to the Customer Service query department. I have the full names of all the employees that I have been in contact with, the dates and the advise given. I also have a list of emails. I am shocked by the complete and utter lack of basic customer service. No one takes control. No one follows up. Promises are made and broken. Your employees and processes are robotic and this is not solving my problem. The last reference number I have is ***. I have been your customer for 15 years!! Please help me resolve this issue. Is this too much to ask?
