Shocking treatment of customers

I needed to pay my account at the Pav store now today at 17:15 and was totally shocked at how they treated an elderly man after his number was called and told to go to a counter that had no one he then waited and waited and then asked why he was called to a counter with no one and the staff gave him attitude and he left then then thought it was a huge joke at which i got so mad because i already been waiting 25 min to pay as well and told them its disgusting how they treated him he came back asked for the manager was told there isnt one which he upset him even more. The staff thought it was a big joke when he said he rather go to cell c then ... The same guy then procede to argue with me when i told him its not a joke that they treated him like that. So much so that my husband came in im totally disgusted with what they did. Shame on you all
