Shocking support!

I have had to make contact with MTN three times over different issues. I have found the same issues each time I have tried to call: Their contact number is hidden away at the bottom of the website. It is extremely difficult to get hold of an operator. The operator has not empathy and follows a script.

I lost over R2500 because of their lack of communication.

I will never take out a contact with MTN!
