Shocking Staff behaviour

We came to MTN Sandton City to upgrade a cellphone contract. We walked into the store, unable to identify who was staff as no one greeted or attended to assist us. We walked around store trying to see if who we could ask for help. There were 4 ladies in the store that appeared to work here and they were all sitting around and did not acknowledge us in the store. 1 was on her phone in the front as if she was another customer. The other 3 were at service desks having very loud conversation and eating their lunch openly in the store... We were eventually helped by a gentleman.

The ladies continued to take their lunch openly in the state with customer's coming in and out of which was absolutely disgusting towards customer welcoming and service.
