Shocking Speeds Broadband

Dear MTN<br> <br> My Data speeds on my PC is shocking. At Night and during the weekends I sometimes cannot even get on the Internet. This is purely CONGESTION in a high concentrated residential Area. Arcadia Pretoria. This is the third complaint on this forum. I have filled out a Form and submitted it. IS IT SO DIFFICULT for a REAL PERSON to CALL ME and DISCUSS THIS. You are a TELEPHONE COMPANY surely you have phones to call Customers. I am NOT going to call you and wait for hours and hours..OR PLEASE provide me with a consultants Number where I don't have to go through a congested Call Centre... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
