SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING MTN

I bought a Voice bundle package on 27 Feb 2023 and it has gone. Teh lday in your call centre told me that a 30 minute bundel expired on the 7th of Macrch, a mere 8 days after I bought it. I AGAIN explained to her the situation, but all she said was that this is the info showing on her screen and she coudl not do anything about it. I asked for soeoe who can actually do something and after a 28 minute call, she cut me off.
