Shocking services from MTN

My phone was ****** last Wednesday so i went to MTN Westwood Mall to block my phone and do sim swap and my phone is still off after trying customer services, i have emailed,phoned and yesterday the response i received is all they can do it forward my complaint to MTN Westwood who did a half job in the first place. I depend on my phone for work and have had no contact with anyone for a week now...
