Shocking service, *****ulent upgrade unresolved for 3 and a half years, call centre agents useless, managers unavailable to speak to, service and lack of resolution provided are in complete violation of consumer rights and constitute consumer abuse. Phone lines suspended again, paying for a service I am not receiving.
