Shocking service support from MTN

MTN's Supersonic Fiber services in going downhill fast. I have been trying to get support from them for almost one month. The wifi line keeps losing signal at least five to six times a day. To get the line up and running again takes one to two hours. Whatsapp chats, call centre, vumatel, etc nobody is interested in offering a proper resolution and service.
