SHOCKING SERVICE/ RESPONSE FROM MTN FOLLOWING ********** CONTRACTS TAKEN OUT AGAINST MY ACCOUNT

Only selected 1 star as it is mandatory to be able to write a review. Otherwise would be no stars! Shocking service/ response from MTN - call centre, twitter and ***** and risk department. Two ********** contracts opened against my account. Affidavit and query submitted almost two weeks ago. Only feedback was a reference number and for me to provide proof I did not open these contracts. The burden of proof surely lies with MTN and they should investigate how this happened and treat this with the urgency required where ***** has been committed especially as their consultants vetted and approved these contracts without my knowledge and authorisation.
