Shocking service - outstanding matter and no one can assist!!!!!

Worst service ever. Have an outstanding matter with MTN week after week call the call centre and no one can resolve the issue which was a mistake on MTN part to begin with. How do you guys do business! Please have someone contact me regarding this because I will cancel my contract ***
