Shocking service - only promises of "will phone you back", which don't materialize
<p>Phoned this branch this morning, they were going to phone me back re multiple spam sms's that I am receiving, need to trace the sender. They promised to phone me back. Nothing. I phoned again a number of times, each time they promise that someone will phone me back. Neither the person to whom I described my problem this morning or anyone else has phoned. Given that I've had a contract with them for nearly 2 years this is shocking service.</p>
