Shocking Service on Upgrage and issue still unresolved

Mtn called and upgraded two of my phone contracts but since the upgrade I have been unable to call out on any of my phones the call just hangs up. I tried logging 3 tickets and went in store to see if the could resolve this. It has been 4 day and no resolution, when I call the call center a manager on the floor is never available and when you tell the call center person it's not working they just tell you they will load another ticket.... They don't even try resolve the issue.
