Shocking service on MTN customer relations

Good day. I would like help with the above listed company. I have never had such poor service from any company in south africa, the professionalism of this company is seriously shocking. I settled my outstanding balance with mtn and a week later I was handed over to a collections agency which has now resulted in a negative strike on my credit scores with most itc listing's. I've contacted both the credit department of mtn and visited the branch in portshepstone and have received no assistance what's so ever from anyone that works for mtn. I have received a paid up letter but still have no joy. Mtn cannot treat clients like this, I was even told by a mtn representative that they agree that I have been wronged but still I'm left in the dark while l sit with a rating problem. I would strongly advise anyone that deals with this company to really ensure you make 100% sure that you may be let down with the value of service. Mtn unfortunately don't care much about customer service in south africa. If anyone can assist me please let me know as this is now becoming slightly ridiculous.
